Welcome to GoalGlim (“GoalGlim”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the GoalGlim alpha service, you (“you”, “user”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Service Overview & Alpha Status

  • GoalGlim provides AI-assisted guidance and aggregated links to third-party nursing roles to support internationally mobile nurses.
  • This alpha release is pre-production, may contain defects, and functionality may change, pause, or end without notice.
  • We may update the Service, these Terms, or eligibility criteria at any time. Material changes will be highlighted with an updated effective date.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a contract under applicable law.
  • Access is invite-only. We may revoke or limit access at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (managed by Clerk) and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us at info@goalglim.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  1. Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to exploring nursing career opportunities.
  2. Avoid scraping at scale, probing for vulnerabilities, impersonating others, interfering with the Service, or accessing it via automated means not expressly permitted.
  3. Refrain from uploading or sharing unlawful, infringing, or sensitive personal data (for example, health or immigration records) through the Service.
  4. Respect rate limits, security features, and third-party site terms linked within GoalGlim.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse.

4. Guidance, Jobs & Third-Party Content

  • AI-generated responses, career tips, and document drafts are informational only and do not constitute professional, legal, immigration, or employment advice.
  • Job listings and resources originate from third parties. Always verify details (role availability, visa sponsorship, salary, licensing, deadlines) on the original source before acting.
  • We do not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party sites, processors, or content linked through the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for decisions you make using GoalGlim.

5. Your Content & Feedback

  • You retain any rights you hold in content you submit to GoalGlim.
  • By submitting prompts, preferences, attachments, or feedback, you grant GoalGlim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate, improve, and secure the Service.
  • Please do not provide confidential or proprietary information that you are not authorised to share.
  • We may use feedback without obligation to you and without attribution.

6. Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the GoalGlim Privacy Policy (to be published separately). Until then, we handle personal data as outlined in the Legal & Privacy Readiness documentation for the alpha programme. Email info@goalglim.ai with any data protection questions.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

  • We suspect a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
  • We discontinue or materially modify the alpha programme.
  • Continued access poses risk to other users, data, or partners.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, email info@goalglim.ai from the email linked to your account.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no warranties—express, implied, or statutory—about accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes, visa approvals, or licensing success.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; these exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • GoalGlim is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of £50 or the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GoalGlim, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence still apply.
  • Disputes will first be addressed informally by contacting info@goalglim.ai. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE, unless prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect product updates, legal requirements, or operational needs. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
